Brad holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from University of South Australia and a Graduate Certificate in Sports Physiotherapy from La Trobe University.
With experience across professional, semi-professional and amateur sport, Brad is passionate about guiding athletes on their journey back to sport, reducing the risk of re-injury and maximising performance. He has a particular interest in developing robust athletes who can handle the demands of training and competition, helping them stay on the field and perform at their best.

Sam graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of South Australia. Since then, she has enjoyed helping people get back to doing what they love, whether that's competing on the field, staying active in the gym, or simply moving without pain. She takes a personalised approach to care and enjoys working with people of all ages and activity levels to achieve their goals.
Sam has extensive experience working with athletes across a range of elite and developing sporting environments and has a particular interest in sports injury management and return to performance. She is passionate about supporting athletes through every stage of recovery and helping them return to sport feeling strong, capable, and confident.

Lisa is a dedicated physiotherapist with a passion for helping people move well and recover with confidence. She graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of South Australia and with a background in high-level netball, having previously played both in the South Australia Premier League and the Australian Netball League, Lisa understands the physical and mental demands of sport. Her previous experience playing the game has shaped her approach to treatment, combining performance insight with clinical expertise. Having also returned to playing netball at Gawler Central Netball Club in 2025 following an ACL reconstruction in April 2024, she brings a unique perspective and genuine empathy to clients navigating injury and recovery.

Kaiden graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and has experience working across private practice, elite sport, and occupational health settings.
His sporting experience includes working as an AFL Trainer with the North Melbourne Football Club, alongside roles with the Northern Territory Football League (NTFL) and the Supercars Championship. Kaiden currently serves as the Physiotherapist for Salisbury North Football Club in Division 1 of the Adelaide Footy League.
Kaiden has a strong interest in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, particularly the management of shoulder, knee, ankle, and lower limb soft tissue injuries. He is passionate about helping people recover from injury, improve performance, and return to the activities they enjoy.
Outside of work, Kaiden plays football for United/Long Plains Football Club in the Adelaide Plains Football League (APFL), giving him firsthand insight into the demands of sport and rehabilitation.

Rohan Nelson is a physiotherapist with a passion for sport, performance, and recovery. He graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours). Rohan plays football for the Barossa Districts Football Club, so understands what it takes to train, compete, and come back from injury. He enjoys helping people return to sport feeling stronger, more confident, and better prepared for the long term. His goal is to work in elite sporting environments and continue developing within high-performance systems internationally.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science and he has an ASCA Associate Level 2 Strength and Conditioning Coach Accreditation and has recently finished his Masters of Strength & Conditioning.
Matt has a passion for athletic development. During his time at Central District and Port Adelaide Football Club, he has gained experience in developing the athletic qualities of semi-professional and professional male and female athletes.

Joel holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and his ASCA Level 2 Strength and Conditioning accreditation.
He is passionate about helping athletes improve their performance and reach their potential through evidence-based training. Joel has experience working with athletes across a range of sports, with particular interests in Long Term Athletic Development, Late Stage Rehabilitation, and Endurance Performance.
Outside of his work in team sport, Joel enjoys programming and coaching some of South Australia's top ultra-endurance athletes.

Brodie holds a Bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science and a Masters of Strength & Conditioning. He is an Accredited Exercise Scientist and an ASCA Level 2 Associate Strength & Conditioning Coach.
Brodie is passionate about sports science and through his work with Central District Football Club has gained hands-on experience bridging data analysis and the physical development and performance of semi-professional athletes at both underage and senior level.

Erin holds a Bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science and is passionate about helping athletes be the best that they can be. Through evidence-based strength and conditioning, Erin is committed to developing stronger, fitter, faster, and more resilient athletes who can perform with confidence and consistency. Having played both state-league and Division 1 football, Erin understands firsthand the demands of semi-professional and community level sport, and the dedication that is required to improve. As a development league player with Central District Football Club and both a player and coach at Angle Vale Football Club, Erin brings a unique athlete-centred perspective to her coaching. Erin is interested in creating a supportive and motivating environment where athletes feel empowered to push their limits and develop habits that translate both on and off the field. Supporting every athlete to become the best version of themselves.

With several years of administration experience behind her, Kelly is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences on their journey of high performance and getting back from injury.
When she isn’t overseeing the operations at iPerform, Kelly can be found spending time with her husband and sons, enjoying activities as a family and renovating/restyling her home.

When he isn’t at work helping you book your appointment he enjoys being out in the gym chatting away, and as a passionate football player he currently plays for the Gawler Central Football Club. Joel is focussed on pushing himself to be the best footy player he can be on field. Outside of this Joel loves being around the people he loves most and spending quality time with them.
