Brad graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2017 and is currently undertaking a Masters of Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy.
With a depth of experience in professional, semi-professional and amateur sport, Brad has a passion for guiding athletes on their path back to sport, reducing chance of re-injury and maximising their performance.

Sam graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2019. Since then she has enjoyed getting people back to doing what they love, whether that be on the field, in the workplace or with their families.

Lisa is a dedicated physiotherapist with a passion for helping people move well and recover with confidence. She graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of South Australia in 2019. With a background in high-level netball, having previously played both in the South Australia Premier League and the Australian Netball League, Lisa understands the physical and mental demands of sport. Her previous experience playing the game has shaped her approach to treatment—combining performance insight with clinical expertise. Having also recently returned to sport following an ACL reconstruction in April 2024, she brings a unique perspective and genuine empathy to clients navigating injury and recovery.

Kaiden graduated from the University of South Australia in 2019 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Since then, he has gained valuable experience working across a range of settings, including private practice and with high-performance sports teams. Recently, Kaiden had the opportunity to work in Darwin, where he collaborated with the NT Academy, NTFL, and provided physiotherapy services to the V8 Supercars. With a strong passion for sports physiotherapy, Kaiden has developed a keen interest in treating musculoskeletal injuries, particularly those involving the shoulders, knees, and ankles. He also has a particular focus on lower limb soft tissue injuries, helping athletes and active individuals recover and optimize their performance. Kaiden's hands-on experience and commitment to delivering quality care make him an asset to those seeking effective rehabilitation and injury prevention strategies.

Rohan Nelson is a physiotherapist with a passion for sport, performance, and recovery. He graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) in 2025. Rohan plays football for the Barossa Districts Football Club, so understands what it takes to train, compete, and come back from injury. He enjoys helping people return to sport feeling stronger, more confident, and better prepared for the long term. His goal is to work in elite sporting environments and continue developing within high-performance systems internationally.

Matt graduated with a Bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science in 2021. He has an ASCA Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach Accreditation and is currently undertaking a Masters of Strength and Conditioning.
Matt has an avid passion for athletic development. During his time at Central District Football Club, he has gained experience in developing the athletic qualities of semi- professional male and female athletes at underage and senior level.

Joel graduated with a bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science in 2023 and also holds his level 1 ASCA strength and conditioning accreditation. Joel enjoys staying up to date with current scientific literature, ensuring he is full of the best available knowledge.
Joel has a passion for seeing individuals succeed and improve in the gym, which is seen through his work at a semi-professional level. Although, his biggest love is revolved around conditioning, particularly within the realm of endurance sports.

Brodie graduated with a bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science in 2021. He is an Accredited Exercise Scientist and ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach. He is also currently completing a Masters of Strength & Conditioning.
Brodie is very passionate about sports science. During his time with Central District Football Club, he has gained experience in many areas such as data analysis and development of athletic qualities of semi-professional athletes at underage and senior level.

With several years of administration experience behind her, Kelly is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences on their journey of high performance and getting back from injury.
When she isn’t overseeing the operations at iPerform, Kelly can be found spending time with her husband and sons, enjoying activities as a family and renovating/restyling her home.
