SPORTS REHAB
PROGRAM
HELPING YOU GET BACK TO YOUR BEST AFTER INJURY
Our Sports Rehab Program is designed for athletes recovering from injury who want structured, high-level support and a clear pathway back to performance.
With the guidance of our expert physiotherapists and strength & conditioning coaches, you'll receive comprehensive care and support that helps you through every stage of your recovery. Watch the video below to see how our integrated approach bridges the gap between rehab and return to sport.
HOW OUR SPORTS REHAB PROGRAM IS DIFFERENT
Why is it that so many athletes either don’t return to sport after injury, or come back feeling underprepared and lacking confidence?
The reason traditional rehabilitation often fails is because there is a massive, unsupported gap between doing basic exercises at home and returning to high-intensity sport.
Our Sports Rehab Program is explicitly designed to be different. We don't just treat the injury; we rebuild the athlete. Our integrated approach bridges the gap that standard physio leaves behind by creating a seamless transition from clinical care to peak performance. We build a highly resilient physical foundation in the gym, and then we transition you directly onto the field or court, gradually exposing you to the performance demands of your sport.
Importantly, every stage of the process is guided by a criterion-based approach, meaning progression is determined by objective measures, physical capacity, and demonstrated readiness - not simply by the time that has passed since your injury. This ensures you are prepared for each step of your rehabilitation.
What truly sets us apart, however, is our environment. From the moment you are injured, you are wrapped into an elite team culture. You’ll train alongside other athletes going through a similar journey, providing a competitive, supportive atmosphere. Whether it’s celebrating major milestones like returning to run for the first time or having a team lift you up on the harder days, you are never rehabbing alone.
Experience a different standard of recovery. Join OUR team, and get back to confidently performing at YOUR best.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
-
Conventional physiotherapy usually involves appointments every week or two, where you are assessed, treated and given exercises to complete on your own. That model works well for many injuries, particularly when you only need to settle symptoms and restore everyday movement. The Sports Rehab Program suits athletes who also want to get back to sport at full capacity. Instead of completing your exercises alone, you train in our facility several times a week, with physiotherapists and strength and conditioning coaches supervising your gym work and field sessions, and you have regular access to your team between weekly physiotherapy appointments. If you are unsure which pathway fits, book a physiotherapy session and we will recommend the right level of support after assessing you.
-
It varies widely with the injury, its severity, and how your body responds. Minor muscle strains may settle within a few weeks, while recovery from an ACL reconstruction commonly takes twelve months or longer. Your physio will give you an expected range after assessment and update it as you progress.
-
Physiotherapy consultations are often claimable under private health extras cover, depending on your fund and level of cover. Many sporting clubs and associations also carry player injury insurance that may contribute to treatment costs for injuries sustained during competition or training. If you were injured playing for a club, report the injury to your club as soon as possible, as claims often have time limits and require paperwork. Check with your health fund and your club for your own entitlements.
-
Yes, and it is often a good idea. Preparing for surgery by building strength, restoring movement and settling swelling can make your post-operative recovery smoother. Your physio can coordinate a plan with your surgical timeline.
-
Yes. Bring your reports, exercise programs and any surgeon’s protocol. We will assess where you are, identify what is left to build, and fit you into the program at the right stage. You do not need to start from the beginning.
-
Some discomfort or muscle soreness is a normal part of loading an injured area. Sharp pain, pain that worsens over the following day, or new swelling are signs to ease back and tell your physio. For people undertaking our Sports Rehab Program sessions are supervised so that load can be adjusted on the spot.
-
No. The program suits anyone who wants to return to sport with strength and confidence, whether you compete at club level, play socially, or train in the gym. Your plan is built around your goals and the demands of your activity.
-
Finishing rehab is the start of staying injury-resilient. Many athletes move into our Athlete Performance Program for ongoing strength, speed and conditioning work so they continue building capacity and reduce the chance of repeat injury. Your team will discuss next steps with you before you finish.
